Anglesey Sea Zoo has more than 150 different marine species on show

As Wales largest marine aquarium Anglesey Sea Zoo offers a wide variety of sea life species from around the coasts of Anglesey.

The centre was founded in 1983 and has continously developed to become one of Anglesey's premier tourist attractions.

The zoo exhibits over 150 different species and has divided itself into different zones such as the 'bone free zone' and 'shark pool'.

The zoo sits on the banks of the Menai Strait looking across to the town of Caernarfon and the Snowdonia National Park.

The zoo is open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm with the last entry at 4.45pm.
